Storage Rooms
Each Lifestyle unit has been assigned a storage bin. The storage bin is the property of that unit and should never be used by other residents. For security purposes, storage room doors should always be kept locked. This room contains the electrical and phone panels for each unit and resident personal property.
Call the property manager to obtain a storage room key. 703-707-6404. You may also contact the custodian, Guido Torres at 703-786-7258.
Bicycles may be stored in the storage room outside the bin, but not within 3 feet of the electrial and phone panels. Barbecues may not be stored in the storage room.
If you are selling your unit, be sure provide a storage room key along with front door keys, etc, at settlement If you are renting, the landlord should provide a key to his or her tenant.
